"Buy a [name deleted] and intimidate in style," said the SUV advertisement
There is some SUV maker (whom shall remain nameless) which is adverising that if you buy their car you can "intimidate in style." Here is another manufacturer that I won't be buying anything from in my lifetime. Imagine... they are telling you that you can put fear into people by driving their car and trying to make this a selling point! Sleaze, pure sleaze. I almost did not believe my ears when I heard this. This is the kind of thing that gives car salesmen a bad name. Of course, used car salesmen never have had a good name, but that's another thing. I just wonder about the manufactuer who would accept an advertisement from an ad agency which sends a message such as this one, drive our car and scare people while you do it and by the way, you can do it is style! Twits!
